Annlaug Madland is the mother of three. She has the same experiences as any other parent. In addition to this, she is trained as a preschool teacher and she has an MA in Educational Science from the University of Oslo, Norway. She has worked many years in kindergartens, both as a teacher and as a manager and she has years of experience as a lecturer in teacher training at Stavanger University, Norway.
Annlaug has always been interested in children and childhood. Her passion is about how experiences early in life will influence on our adult life. Good experiences help us and make us function well. Negative experiences will often cause problems and limit our lives.
In recent years, Annlaug's focus has been on self-development for adults and this has strengthened her conviction about how strongly childhood experiences are connected to the way grown-ups handle life.
Annlaug also works as a coach and offers courses and lectures for parents and staff in kindergartens and schools. In addition to this she offers self-development courses for adults.
